REQUIREMENTS
CONSULTATION:
The consultation is mandatory. We would love to meet you and your pooch before you make this important decision! We offer a facility tour and a quick assessment just to make sure your dog is the right fit for us and that we are a right fit for all of your needs! Without proper paperwork, we will not conduct the consultation. Please call us to book and appointment. (Mon- Thurs from 6-630pm or 630-7pm). We do not take walk in consultations. We ask that children under the age of 12 do not attend the consultation
Approx time: 20-30 minutes.
Dogs must be present for the assessment and please bring your dogs most updated vaccination records.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Check in and check out: We are open Monday- Friday from 630am-7pm. If you require us to come in early or stay late, there is a $5 charge for every 15 minutes.
Payment: Cash,Visa, Mastercard and Debit accepted. Payment for daycare is due when you check in.
Collars: Nylon snap on collars only and must have city tags and name tags
Vaccinations, Neutering and Flea Programs: Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper combo must be up to date. Puppies must have 2 booster shots before attending daycare. Titre testing is an option. All dogs must be up to date with a monthly flea program. Dogs over 7 months be spayed or neutered.
THE BELOVED DOG INC. has the responsibility to do business that is in the interest of all dogs therefore will not accept aggressive dogs - no exceptions. Any dog who shows any form of aggression towards people or other dogs once being accepted into daycare will be dismissed- no exceptions.
